Client authorizes Jay Hott Services to provide customer communication and messaging services and to charge Client for the selected service plan. Client agrees to an upfront payment of $891, which covers the initial three (3) month service term. The initial term shall be three (3) months and is non-refundable. Following the initial term, service shall continue on a month-to-month basis at $297 per month unless terminated by Client with at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice before the next billing cycle.
